After purchasing phones, for my husband and I , no phones came in for a week, even though we had Fed Ex receipt showing they did. Returned a few days later , the employee there, activated our new phones, now in , without consulting us, and unable to make the transition due to manager not answering the phone, no messages returned after leaving messages. Now our account is totally messed up, and we still dont have any new phones.
